During the last months we successfully implemented the production of liquid resins to our site in Duisburg. After closure of our plant in Uithoorn (NL) our customers approved alternative Novares LA-P types followed by a sampling and evaluation process.

Due to stocktaking activities we cannot despatch any material at our plant in Duisburg between 24.12.2020 and 03.01.2021 (including). This applies to our Novares- Ruetasolv and KMC products in solid and liquid form. We will start loading again on 04.01.2021 at the usual times between 06:00 am and 12:30 pm. We kindly ask you to consider this information when planning your inventories and deliveries and will be happy to receive your purchase orders at your earliest convenience at cs.duisburg@raincarbon.com. Some weeks ago, we successfully started operation at our new hydrogenation facility in Castrop-Rauxel. Using state-of-the-art technology for premium quality hydrogenated resins, we set another milestone in our history of hydrocarbon resin development. We target to establish a reliable supply chain with great capacity to meet high-volume demands in Europe but also globally. The first trucks with NOVARES® pure left our plant and are on its way to the market. The NOVARES pure and TR-series are available in our warehouse and waiting for your order.

On May 18th, Rain Carbon Inc. started operation at its brand new hydrogenation facility in Castrop-Rauxel, Germany.
