For paper- and packaging adhesives the colour, adhesion and resistance to ageing are very important. Efficient bonding of substrates and surfaces together with high speed applications require an extremely well-balanced combination of open time and tack adhesion. Such adhesives have an important influence on stability and durability of the packaging.

Resins are used especially to enable the adjustment of hot tack, the rheology and of open time. They also improve heat resistance, application rate and also the resistance to water and chemicals.

The NOVARES resins TK 90 - TK 120 offer in typical paper- and packaging formulations very good compatibility with EVA and waxes and are available with light colour and softening points between 90 and 120°C.
